Legal Counsel (Remote)

We’re hiring a Legal Analyst to join our team, providing legal support across all business areas of a growing SaaS company. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a business-oriented mindset and an interest in technology. You'll be part of a team that works on diverse legal fronts, supporting both strategic and operational demands. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. A typical workday might include:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts across different areas of the company, with a focus on partnerships and licensing;
• Acting on due diligence processes (suppliers, partners, and clients);
• Drafting legal feasibility opinions; supporting contract management across all business areas;
• Handling demands related to privacy and data protection;
• Contributing to business areas by providing cross-functional legal support;
• Developing and improving Legal Ops practices.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law with an active OAB registration.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Advanced English proficiency (especially reading).
• Experience in contract review and negotiation.
• Practical knowledge of data privacy and protection (LGPD and compliance).
• Collaborative profile, good communication skills, and an interest in learning and growing.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with SaaS and partnerships contracts.
• Experience in litigation, with a strategic view applied to contracts.
• Experience in technology companies or startups.
• Experience or interest in Legal Ops and legal process automation.
• Knowledge of Spanish.
