About the RoleWe are seeking a Legal Counsel to assist in the creation and management of legal entities, with a focus on the United States healthcare system. No prior U.S. legal experience is required—only a strong background in corporate law and a willingness to research and navigate complex regulations.You will work directly with our CEO, serving as his legal assistant to ensure our legal documents are correctly finalized, particularly in complex states. This is a part-time role (10–20 hours per week), with the potential for increased hours as we gain momentum.

⚖️ What You’ll Do▪️ Assist in the creation and structuring of legal/corporate entities within the U.S. healthcare system▪️ Conduct in-depth legal research to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations▪️ Support the structuring and formation of U.S. legal entities▪️ Collaborate with the CEO on strategic legal decisions▪️ Review and finalize complex legal documents▪️ Assist in the development of legal frameworks for future international expansion
What We’re Looking For▪️ Active corporate attorney license (experience in corporate entity formation required) with HealthCare Experience is a must▪️ Meticulous attention to detail and a strong research-driven mindset▪️ Ability to navigate complex legal structures and provide strategic recommendations▪️ Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
