Support in the development of new business opportunities and partnerships. Provide expert advice on corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property rights. Ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
