Legal Counsel

We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel Midea Group is one of the world’s largest home appliance and air solutions groups. As Legal Counsel, you will support business operations across LATAM North by leading key commercial contracting processes, supporting corporate governance, providing legal advice on various matters, including contracts, compliance, and risk management, ensuring that all activities are aligned with Midea Group’s values and policies. You will also be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and advising on regulatory compliance matters. In addition, you will work closely with the business teams to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability, while maintaining a high level of legal risk management.
