As a Legal Counsel (m/f/d), you will be part of our legal department, which is responsible for ensuring that all company activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your main tasks will include: • Providing legal advice to the management team on various matters, • Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements and other legal documents, • Conducting due diligence investigations and analyzing potential risks, • Assisting in the development of company policies and procedures, • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel (m/f/d) who is passionate about innovative technologies and has a strong understanding of financial markets. You should have a law degree and several years of experience in the field of corporate law, preferably in the fintech sector. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to work effectively with colleagues from various departments.
