Job Title: Legal Counsel, SEA – Manufacturing Salary: S$80,000 to S$100,000 Job Location: Singapore West Job Type: Permanent Posted: 4th March 2026 This key Legal Counsel position offers an rare opportunity to join an established legal team within a leading manufacturing organization headquartered in Singapore. You will primarily oversee legal matters for India , while also providing occasional support across other Southeast Asian countries as required. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, advising on regulatory compliance, and managing legal risks. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to provide practical and commercially-focused legal advice. Key Responsibilities: * Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including sales agreements, supply agreements, and service agreements. * Advising on regulatory compliance matters, including data privacy, competition law, and product safety regulations. * Managing legal risks and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Providing legal support to the sales, marketing, and operations teams. * Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations. * Managing external legal counsel when required. * Supporting the development and implementation of legal training programs. Requirements: * Qualified lawyer with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department. * Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. * Solid understanding of regulatory compliance matters. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. * Experience with India-specific legal matters is a plus.
