Legal Counsel Labour Law (m/w/d)

As part of our People-Teams, you support strategically all business areas from FlixTrain with a focus on labour law, personnel, and corporate matters. In this role, you shape actively our labour law strategy, ensure compliance in all personal relevant processes, and accompany the expansion of the company. While working digitally and cross-functionally with international teams from Law, HR, and Business together.
About the Role
- Self-contained legal advice on all labour law questions for executives, HR, and management.
- Counselling individual and collective labour law issues, contract drafting, terminations, and labour disputes.
- Analysis of current case law and legislative proposals and ensuring compliance.
- Preparation, review, and preparation of contracts and important documents.
- Representation in court and communication with external lawyers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Development and implementation of training programs and knowledge databases for executives and HR.
- You actively contribute to the growth and expansion of FlixTrain with tailored, pragmatic solutions for innovative projects.
About You
- Fully qualified lawyer (with second state exam).
- At least 2 years of experience in labour law in a dynamic corporate environment or in a law firm with clients in the hyper-growth sector.
- In-depth knowledge of German individual and collective labour law; experience working with trade unions is advantageous.
- Interest in HR topics and people management, combined with the ability to develop pragmatic, legally sound solutions for business.
- High level of self-initiative, assertiveness, and communication skills.
- Team player with high social competence.
- Very good German and English language skills.
