Legal Counsel (Commodities Industry) To support the company’s international business expansion and management needs, we are seeking a qualified lawyer proficient in common law (UK/US) to provide legal support for international trade, cross-border M&A, overseas business development, and global operations. Responsibilities Legal Document Review: Review and provide legal opinions on international trade contracts, related performance documents, and legal materials for cross-border M&A projects going forward.
