WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You are the first point of contact for all legal questions and shape the future together with us at Intermate
• You advise our teams and management pragmatically and solution-oriented in all areas of economic and contract law, and help to make complex legal challenges understandable
• You create, review, and negotiate contracts – particularly in the area of Media/Influencer, Purchasing, Cooperations, etc.
• You develop and optimize our internal processes further, identifying risks early on and securing them
• You take over communication with external lawyers and stakeholders and steer all legal topics – from data protection to trademark law
• You create internal guidelines and develop AI-supported agents that our teams can easily refer to, sharing knowledge and best practices around legal topics efficiently and smartly within the company. You keep the contents up-to-date and ensure a smooth knowledge transfer

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• You have successfully completed a law degree and are a fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer with full legal capacity
• You have first to several years of professional experience, ideally from the media/agency field or an economic law firm
• You possess fundamental knowledge in contract law, data protection law, and a good entrepreneurial understanding
• You think hands-on, solution-oriented, and work independently, but never lose sight of the team
• You are characterized by strong communication skills in German and English – written and oral
• You have a penchant for media, influencers, and digital topics (a plus, not a must)
