Job description
Kerry Consulting is seeking a Singapore-based lawyer to provide legal support across the full lifecycle of large-scale projects, from development and tendering to execution and delivery.
You will draft, review and negotiate EPC contracts, consultancy and procurement agreements, and other commercial documents, while collaborating with project managers to identify risks and advise on contract administration and claims.
