Legal Counsel - Energy & Logistics

Role Overview Join a close-knit and collaborative legal team in the energy, and logistics sectors, where building trust and strong working relationships are at the heart of the culture. In this role, you'll provide legal support across business units, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and driving contract negotiations throughout the APAC region. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with commercial teams and the global tender unit to draft, review, and negotiate tenders and commercial agreements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, procurement teams, and external partners. Provide legal advice and support to the business, ensuring that all legal requirements are met and that the company's interests are protected. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks, and develop strategies to minimize exposure. Drive contract negotiations and ensure that all agreements are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of commercial law and contract negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
