For an important company operating in the Oil&Gas sector, we are selecting LEGAL COUNSEL - CORPORATE LAW The candidate must have a degree in law and at least 3 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the relevant laws and regulations, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company's management and staff, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
