Legal Counsel Corporate Law / Transactions

Legal & Compliance supports all companies of the Migros Group in legal and compliance matters. The customer base includes MGB, trading and industrial companies as well as cooperatives. The focus of the advertised function lies on commercial and company law and accompanying transactions and group-wide change projects. What drives you is advising management and departments on purchases and sales of companies or parts thereof (Share- and Asset-Transactions) as well as supporting the development of new business models, restructuring measures and other corporate law-related issues. In addition to legal expertise, the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions is essential. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and in a team, have excellent communication skills and be able to handle complex tasks with ease. A university degree in law (Dr. iur.) or equivalent qualification is required. Several years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the Migros Group or similar companies, are expected.
