About Us

As Legal Counsel / Contract Manager (m/f/d) in Energy Law, you will legally support our projects from start to finish – from contract design with partners to negotiations with banks. With your expertise, you will ensure that we implement our projects legally sound and future-proof.

Your Tasks

• You are the first point of contact for internal legal questions – solution-oriented and pragmatic
• You manage external law firms for specialized topics and ensure that legal expertise is used where it provides the greatest added value.
• You design and negotiate usage agreements with farmers – from the initial consultation to the final signature.
• As Legal Counsel in Energy Law, you secure electricity supply contracts with direct marketers and customers and bring negotiations to a successful conclusion with confidence.
• You negotiate contracts and subordination agreements with banks, ensure legally compliant easements, and always keep the big picture in mind.
• With your focus on legal compliance, you create structures in an innovative environment that enable growth and provide legal security.

Your Profile

• Completed law degree (fully qualified lawyer, business lawyer, or similar).
• Initial professional experience as Legal Counsel / Contract Manager (m/f/d) is an advantage, ideally in contract law, energy law, or project business.
• Proficient in contract law and negotiation – ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Structured, proactive way of working and enjoy building and improving things.
• Openness to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of law.
• Enthusiasm for sustainability, innovation, and the energy transition.
• Fluent German in spoken and written.

An annual salary of €60,000 to €80,000 awaits you, depending on your experience and qualifications. The position is generally advertised as remote, with employment at the Munich location being preferred.
