Transactional/M&A Lawyers | Interim Opportunities
The Interim market seems to be starting (back) up and we have - amongst others - a very interesting role for M&A lawyers: an SGX listed entity is looking for additional support for their M&A team.
This is a great opportunity for M&A lawyers who have been considering a move in-house. You still get to do deals, but then "from the other side".
For in-house transactional lawyers, this is a great opportunity to dive into a healthy pipeline and (re)focus on deal work.
Overall, this is a well-supported environment with due oversight.
Prior experience with a Singapore-listed company would be advantageous, although not essential.
The role will likely be for 6 months initially and will start ASAP.
