Legal Counsel

Basher is looking for Legal professional to join our international team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in commercial and contract law and interest in building a career within the iGaming and digital entertainment industry. We are looking for a hands-on legal profile with real operational experience in contracts and business support. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and support negotiation of commercial contracts (service agreements, influencer & talent contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc.) Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Provide legal guidance to the team on various matters including employment law, intellectual property, and data protection Support the development of new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about the iGaming industry and has a strong understanding of commercial and contract law.
