The Team

In our Legal Services team, business lawyers provide legal advice to all departments and management levels within the company, manage contract negotiations, and coordinate company-wide data protection. The team also provides central services such as travel management, compliance, and occupational safety. The team's aim is to continuously develop these services in order to support BORA both operationally and strategically.


  • Independent handling of legal issues
  • Advising all departments and management levels within the company
  • Accompanying (international) contract negotiations (e.g., development contracts, supply contracts)
  • Review, risk assessment, and documentation of statutory obligations and contracts (multilingual)
  • Creation and revision of various standard contracts for sales, technical service, and marketing (reseller agreements, service partner agreements, advertising service agreements with customers and partners worldwide)
  • Conducting legal research
  • Participation in legal projects, e.g., data protection

  • Successfully completed law degree
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position desirable
  • Sound knowledge in contract law and commercial law (international)
  • Very good legal understanding
  • Good MS Office skills
  • You work meticulously and independently with high initiative and flexibility
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

For legal reasons, we are obliged to state the collective agreement minimum wage for this position, which is €2,633.77 gross per month for a 40h/week. The actual salary will be based on our attractive, performance-oriented salary structure and will be significantly higher depending on qualifications.
