Member of the Executive Committee of the Mexican Affiliate. Core Job Responsibilities Serve as a member of the Executive Committee, actively engaging with other members to drive strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with company goals. Provide expert legal counsel to support key business initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional teams, and external partners to achieve desired outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the legal field to continuously improve knowledge and expertise. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Include: Provide timely and effective legal support to ensure business continuity; Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders; Drive strategic decision-making through collaboration with other members of the Executive Committee.
