Legal Counsel (4-8 PQE), Banking Regulatory - Regional FinTech MNC

We are partnering with a well-backed, fast-growing financial services platform in Southeast Asia to appoint a Legal Counsel to support its expanding regulatory and product initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, commercially driven business operating at the intersection of digital finance and regulated financial services. The Role Reporting into senior legal leadership, you will play a key role in advising the business on regulatory matters across the banking and financial services sectors, including anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC) and other relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts, providing guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk management.
