Legal Consultant - Financial Services (Derivatives/ISDA)

We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore! Minimum Qualifications: Legal professional with 4-8 years PQE with a focus in financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks. preferably with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading but not required comprehensive experience with ISDA documentation Responsibilities: The successful consultant will lead massive projects, develop strategies for our clients, and provide expert advice on legal matters related to financial services, derivatives, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing legal strategies for clients; • Providing expert advice on legal matters related to financial services, derivatives, and regulatory compliance; • Leading massive projects from initiation to completion; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client solutions; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Requirements: • Legal professional with 4-8 years PQE with a focus in financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks; • Strong understanding of ISDA documentation and experience working with derivatives; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
