Professional Preparation - Mandatory Requirements:

·                     Higher education in law sciences

·                     Relevant experience (minimum 3 years on a similar position);

·                     Thorough knowledge of legislation: Law no. 31/1990, civil and commercial law, labor law, penal law, data protection, anti-money laundering, and combating terrorism;

·                     Practical knowledge of: corporate governance, litigation, contracts;

·                     General computer operating skills (Microsoft office);

·                     English language, at least medium level.
