Legal & Compliance Manager (PHARMA SECTOR)

We are looking for a highly motivated Legal & Compliance Manager with a strong legal background and proven experience in a similar role to join our organization. Celltrion Healthcare Italy is a fast-growing company with a robust and diversified product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in senior Legal & Compliance roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Strong expertise in pharmaceutical regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This includes but is not limited to: managing and coordinating legal and compliance matters; providing guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices; developing and implementing compliance programs; conducting risk assessments and audits; and collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a law degree (JD or equivalent) and be admitted to the Italian Bar Association. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Italian is an asset.
