As a Legal Business Developer, you will work at the interface between law, AI product development, and customer success. You will help Silvernova to strongly anchor itself in practice, work closely with our development team on expanding the professional competencies of our KI Associates, identify market potential and transform insights into concrete measures that create adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value.

About us: Silvernova develops the first digital employee for law firms – the leading solution for complex mandates. As a competent, proactive, and personalized KI Associate, our technology goes far beyond classical legal assistant systems.

In less than 10 months, we have grown to over 150+ law firms (including international large law firms). Our customers save an average of ~30% time, strongly recommend us, and use the KI Associate daily.

Tasks

• Product & Legal AI Development – Close collaboration with our developer team on the legally-technical further development of Silvernova as a leading KI solution for complex mandates, particularly in conceiving, validating, and iterating agentive legal-AI workflows.
• Customer Enablement – Enablement of our law firm customers through structured onboarding, training, and best practices with the goal of rapid adoption and realization of measurable added value.
• Adoption & Retention – Analysis of usage patterns in law firms and derivation of targeted measures to increase adoption, satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty; use of KI tools and content for scalable support of customers.
• Content Creation & Events (Fachlich) – Creation of engaging product videos, professional best practices, and enablement contents for existing and new legal areas, as well as conception and implementation of professional webinars, events, and campaigns to convincingly convey the added value of Legal AI.
• Voice of the Customer – Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product as a central interface to the market; structured prioritization of feature requests and bugs from the customer perspective.

Qualification

• Juristischer Background – e.g. Jurastudium 1./2. Ex., WiJu or comparable
• Ambition & Ownership – you want more than the classical law firm path, take responsibility for topics and drive them forward independently.
• Interest in Legal AI & Product Development – you want to understand how legal work with KI will function in the future and actively participate in building and further developing corresponding products. You can clearly formulate judicial workflows, requirements, and quality standards and translate them into practical solutions.
• Communication Strength – you explain complex contents clearly, confidently address law firms, and work effectively with developers, product, sales, and marketing together.
• Learning Readiness & Flexibility – you quickly get familiar with new legal areas, technical concepts, and customer contexts and feel comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
• Languages: German (native speaker level), English (≥ C1)
