Role: Techno Legal Assistant ( Intellectual Property Associate) Location: PAN India Exp Range: 2 - 5 Yrs Must Have: Graduation Degree (B. Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB · Prior Art Search Analysis · Invention Mining · Freedom to Operate Analysis · Patent Prosecution · Patent Drafting · Intellectual Property Law · Contract Management · Contract drafting · Gen AI use cases review · Data Privacy related documents Roles & Responsibility: 1 Conducting prior art searches on paid and free Databases 2 Collaborating with the team for patent prosecution and drafting 3 Reviewing and analyzing data privacy related documents 4 Conducting freedom to operate analysis for new product development 5 Drafting and reviewing contracts for intellectual property agreements 6 Providing legal support for patent applications and litigation 7 Conducting invention mining for identifying potential patents 8 Analyzing prior art searches for patent infringement 9 Collaborating with cross-functional teams for IP-related projects 10 Reviewing and analyzing data privacy related documents for compliance
