About the role...
This is a rare and highly coveted opportunity for a self-motivated and highly organised Property Legal Assistant to join the Developments team at a well-established and highly regarded mid-tier law firm located in the heart of the CBD.
This is a part time, job-share role (3 days a week) where you will be able to utilise your top secretarial skills and property expertise in a busy role covering all aspects of Property Developments.
Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Senior and Junior Development Lawyers, your day will include, but not be limited to:-
With at least 5 years experience as a legal assistant, ideally in property development and/or real estate, you will also be able to demonstrate:-

- extensive diary and email management
- arrange appointments and meetings
- liaise with clients and partners (email and telephone)
- create, edit and format documents
- record time and process bills
- file management (inc. opening, closing, archiving files)
- other general administrative tasks
With at least 5 years experience as a legal assistant, ideally in property development and/or real estate, you will also be able to demonstrate:-
- excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- strong MS Word/ typing skills
- high attention to detail and proactive approach to work
- ability to work to deadlines
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- iManage and Aderant Expert experience not required, but highly regarded
