The role
- Manage contacts in the firm's CRM, aid in event and communication lists, highlighting your essential role in relationship-building
- Flex your organisational muscles and manage client files with care, showcasing your dedication to effective team operations
- Be the welcoming voice, answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring the ultimate client experience
- You're across the files, managing the billing and reporting
- Utilise your formatting and drafting skills, preparing legal documents and court documentation for your team

About you
You've weathered the storms of the insurance litigation environment, understanding the intricacies of complex cases and proving your knack for handling their unique challenges
From ensuring smooth workflows to keeping meticulous records, you understand that the devil—and success—lies in the details
Your communication goes beyond sharing information; it's about building connections. You’re committed to meaningful relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners, adding to a collaborative workplace
While experience with Filesite and Aderant is beneficial, your standout quality is your willingness to embrace new legal software systems. You’re adaptable to the latest tech, aligning with our clients commitment to staying at the forefront of legal technology
