Legal Advisor - Supply Chain & Operations

You are responsible for the company's legal activities in a region, business units and /or sub-function areas in the country or across multiple countries. To support commercial and corporate initiatives, you identify business needs and design and implement our legal strategy through the service delivery model. You advise the business on risk, anticipating and mitigating potential issues that could impact the company's reputation, financial performance, and compliance with laws and regulations. This includes providing guidance on contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, as well as supporting the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, procurement teams, and other functions to ensure that our legal activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of lawyers and providing guidance on legal matters to support the company's operations.
