Apprentice Mechanic

Are you a recently graduated apprentice mechanic in the direction of motor vehicles and cars, or have you tinkered a lot with vehicles like scooters, passenger cars, mopeds, etc. in your private life? Then we are looking for you! As an apprentice mechanic, you will be fully trained to eventually become an independent trailer mechanic within a leading company. The organization has more than 12,000 trailers operating within the Benelux! The tasks of the apprentice mechanic in short:

• Performing maintenance on the various common trailers and, to a lesser extent, trucks on the site;
• Mechanical and hydraulic maintenance and, to a lesser extent, electrical. Think of overhaul work, welding and bodywork, and other mechanical work;
• Performing welding and construction work (metalworking);
• Carrying out all sorts of common technical jobs on the site and on the vehicles, where you will certainly be challenged.

• Some experience as a mechanic or tinkerer (preferably in the direction of vehicles) at school, with another employer, or as a hobby;
• Preferably a driver's license (not a requirement, but a plus);
• Willingness to further develop and train yourself through training, courses, and on-the-job learning;
• If motivation is correct, a BBL (work-study) program can also be undertaken to eventually obtain diplomas;
• You are eager to learn and communicative, and you can work in a team.
