What you do
Do you want to work with your hands, learn a trade, and have immediate job prospects? Then this is your chance! Starting on June 1st, an intensive 4-week program will begin in our vocational school, where you will be trained as an apprentice welder. You will learn the basics of the trade and gain practical experience with which you can immediately start working for one of our clients. During the 4-week training program, you will learn, among other things:
- Working from technical drawings
- Basic skills in MIG/MAG welding
- Performing various metalworking operations
- Structural steelwork and assembly
- Working safely and accurately with tools
- Preparing to obtain your NIL welding diploma
What we offer
- A starting salary between €2,500 and €2,600 gross per month
- An attractive travel allowance
- Immediate start with training and growth opportunities
- A full-time job (32 hours negotiable)
- Chance of a permanent contract
- 25 vacation days
- Option for 13 extra ADV (leave of absence) days or 5% extra salary
Is it you?
- You have an interest in metal technology and welding
- You are motivated to learn a trade
- You work accurately and are handy
- Experience with welding is a plus, but not required
- You speak and understand the Dutch language
- You live in the Assen region and have your own transportation
