You possess fundamental knowledge in conducting, evaluating, and documenting sensory analyses and take over the leadership and supervision of tasting panels. Your experience enables you to direct sensoric processes purposefully, achieve precise results, and make an important contribution to quality assurance and product development. Your tasks: Conduct sensory tests such as profile analysis, difference tests, and acceptance studies, where you precisely evaluate the results and contribute to the further development of products Organize and lead expert panels; in this role, you take over the recruitment, training, and regular performance evaluation of participants Align with product development, marketing, and sales to bring sensoric insights purposefully into projects Develop and conduct category-specific sensorics training, where you strengthen internal expertise Participate in the further development of methods and standards; you also recommend suitable test designs and generate reliable sensoric data Create structured reports that clearly present results, draw conclusions, and express project-related recommendations Edit sensory tasks in an international environment and bring your expertise into globally aligned projects Take over temporary leadership responsibility and support the department in operational matters during absences Your skills: Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally with a focus on sensorics At least three years of practical experience in sensoric analysis techniques and panel management, which enables you to handle different test methods confidently Very good knowledge of statistical evaluation procedures and safe handling of corresponding tools Independent work style, organizational strength, and team ability, supported by the ability to prioritize tasks reliably High degree of self-initiative and motivation, combined with a value-oriented, inspiring attitude in panel leadership and interdepartmental cooperation Outstanding analytical thinking and structured, result-oriented approach that rounds off your professional competence Communication skills, joy in interdisciplinary cooperation, and very good German and English knowledge that enables a professional exchange in an international environment What we offer: Modern work environment Continuous further development 30 days of vacation per year Flexible working hours Company pension plan Capital-forming benefits Jobrad PS Direct GmbH & Co.
