Hiring: Assistant Manager / Manager – Leasing Industry: Luxury Retail (D2C) Location: Noida Experience: 7–8 Years Role Overview: Manage end-to-end leasing activities for luxury retail stores Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal teams and external partners Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements with malls/partners Coordinate anchoring and store fit-outs; conduct regular site visits Develop, implement, and maintain lease plans and strategies Monitor and report on leasing performance metrics Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results Ensure seamless integration of new stores into existing retail portfolio Key Performance Indicators: Leasing revenue growth, store occupancy rates, and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including mall owners, property managers, and other external partners
