Leasing Manager - Johannesburg

Role Purpose The Leasing Manager is responsible for negotiating and concluding lease agreements within defined parameters while ensuring alignment with the company's commercial objectives and portfolio strategy. The role focuses on balancing tenant requirements with financial and operational goals to secure sustainable income streams and maintain high occupancy levels across the portfolio. The incumbent will manage leasing processes, maintain relationships with tenants and brokers, oversee financial planning and budgeting, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Negotiating and concluding lease agreements within defined parameters; • Maintaining relationships with tenants and brokers to secure new business opportunities and retain existing clients; • Overseeing financial planning and budgeting to ensure alignment with company objectives; • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including property managers and asset managers, to achieve portfolio goals. The ideal candidate will possess: • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in leasing management or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
