Our client is looking for a driven Lease Adviseur to strengthen the team of financial services. Are you commercially inclined and get energy from taking care of both customers and colleagues? Then this is your chance.

What will you do?
From our headquarters in Waalwijk, our client provides various financial services, such as consumer credits, financial lease, and auto insurance. As Lease Adviseur, you are the point of contact for both internal colleagues and external customers and dealers. Your tasks include:

• Preparing offers and calculations for financings and insurances;
• Carefully processing applications for financings and insurances;
• Actively managing existing customer portfolios;
• Answering questions via various communication channels;
• Regularly maintaining contact with financing and insurance companies.

This function is very varied, and no day is the same. You are the connecting link between our client, the dealers, and the customers.

Who are you?
You are naturally customer-oriented, meticulous, and stress-resistant. You communicate easily and enjoy taking care of others. Experience in a commercial-administrative function is a plus, but not a requirement – our client will teach you everything you need to know. Furthermore, you have:

• A minimum MBO+ work and thinking level;
• A minimum 1-3 years sales experience (preferably within the automotive or auto lease industry);
• Full-time availability;
• Bonus points for having a WFT diploma Adviseur Consumentenkrediet en Schadeverzekeringen Particulier, or being willing to obtain these diplomas within a reasonable time frame (costs will be reimbursed).
