This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly impact the success of students in an increasingly digital and AI-influenced world.

Whats on offer:

Reporting to the Academic Director, you will be the driving force behind the design and implementation of innovative, high-quality teaching practices. • Capability Building: Provide essential professional development and coaching to academic staff, enhancing their teaching capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Advisory Role: Offer expert advice on curriculum design, assessment integrity, and the effective integration of learning technology.
  • Future Focus: Champion research-informed and future-focused teaching methodologies across all academic programmes.
  • Representation: Act as a key representative for the organisation in internal, national, and international education forums.
What You Will Bring

To be successful in this high-impact role, you must possess a compelling blend of academic achievement, practical teaching experience, and proven project leadership skills:

  • Cultural Commitment: A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and promoting truly inclusive education practices.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to engage, motivate, and communicate effectively with diverse academic stakeholders while successfully managing multiple, complex priorities.

This is a fantastic chance to join a collaborative and ambitious team dedicated to building capability for a global workforce.
