Learning Support Assistant

Are you an enthusiastic learning support assistant looking for a new role?

Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with a secondary school in Bristol who are looking for new learning support assistants to help support the teachers in their classrooms.

The successful applicant:

• Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education
• Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
• Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
• Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
• Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
• Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
• Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
