Learning Specialist - Università Cattolica

Our client is a prestigious research center of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, a national benchmark for training and research on technological innovation in the banking and insurance sectors.

To strengthen the Learning team, we are looking for a Learning Consultant who combines skills in managing and coordinating training courses with a strong consultative and commercial aptitude. The resource will be responsible for promoting and selling university Master's degrees and Executive courses, guiding candidates throughout the orientation and enrollment process.

Location: Milan, Lombardy

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities related to university Master's degrees and executive training courses.
• Provide consultancy to potential candidates, understanding their professional goals and training needs.
• Present and promote the Center's training offerings, supporting users in choosing the most suitable path.
• Manage the entire candidate recruitment and conversion process up to enrollment.
• Monitor enrollment trends and achieve assigned objectives.
• Maintain relationships with students, professionals, companies, and stakeholders involved in the training courses.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Learning teams to ensure a high-quality training experience.
• Participate in open days, webinars, orientation events, and promotional initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Learning, Training, Executive Education, or management of training courses.
• Experience in coordinating training courses, Master's degrees, or complex training projects.
• Interest in the university and executive training sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
• Commercial aptitude and orientation towards achieving goals.
• Ability to understand candidate needs and propose the most suitable training path.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and main digital tools.
• Experience in selling university Master's degrees, executive courses, or training services (this will be considered a plus).
• Experience in orientation, admissions, or student recruitment activities.
