Not only are you the driving force behind designing and managing the learning ecosystem, you also translate new technological trends into practical applications for employees. Designing and developing an innovative, integrated learning ecosystem that aligns with the needs of KPN's employees, while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive learning strategy that supports the company's goals and objectives, and ensures that all employees have access to the necessary training and development opportunities. This includes designing and delivering training programs, creating and maintaining learning content, and evaluating the effectiveness of the learning ecosystem. In addition, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning needs, and develop solutions to address these needs. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with new technological trends and innovations in the field of learning and development, and translating these into practical applications for employees.
