As we continue to grow and expand the capabilities of our new AI-centric platform, we’re looking for a talented Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a Learning Experience Designer at Onit, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning experiences that drive business results. This includes: • Designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions; • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in learning and development; • Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and innovations that can enhance the learning experience. What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on designing and developing training programs; • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and levels; • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions that drive business results; • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
