In this role, the coordinator is the point of contact for learning and development within the organization. Close collaboration takes place with HR advisors, department coaches, and internal experts. Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategy, implementation, and further development of the internal learning platform.
• Organizing onboarding, pre-boarding, and central kick-off sessions for new colleagues.
• Shaping personal development plans, talent programs, and performance management in collaboration with HR.
• Setting up leadership development projects for current and future leaders.
• Enriching the digital learning environment with content on systems, processes, soft skills, and product knowledge.
• Maintaining the training budget and collaborating with external trainers.
• Counseling and advising leaders on the topic of learning and development.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, HTD, HRD, Education Science, Business Studies or comparable.
• At least 3 years of experience in a L&D-, HR- or training advisory role, with advising (operational) leaders.
• Inspirational, persuasive and able to take others along in vision and change.
• Organizational strong, solution-oriented and takes ownership.
• Experience setting up learning trajectories, onboarding, and leadership development.
• Self-sufficient working with an eye for collaboration and connection.
