Learning & Development Coordinator (40 hours)

In this position, the coordinator is the point of contact for learning and development within the organization. Close collaboration with HR advisors, department coaches, and internal experts will be required. The goal: creating a future-proof, professional learning environment where employees can develop optimally.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategy, implementation, and further development of the internal learning platform.
• Organizing onboarding, pre-boarding, and central kick-off sessions for new colleagues.
• Shaping personal development plans, talent programs, and performance management in collaboration with HR.
• Setting up leadership development projects for current and future leaders.
• Enhancing the digital learning environment with content on systems, processes, soft skills, and product knowledge.
• Maintaining the training budget and collaborating with external trainers.
• Counseling and advising leaders on the topic of learning and development.
