Learning & Development Consultant

As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will be part of our Club in [Location], where you will work closely with our clients to design and deliver bespoke learning experiences that drive business outcomes. Your role will involve: • Designing and delivering training programs for clients, using a range of methods including classroom-based, online, and blended approaches. • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful. • Staying up-to-date with the latest learning technologies and trends, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our services. • Working as part of a team to deliver projects and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Education, Training or a related field. • At least 2 years’ experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a commercial environment. • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive business outcomes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Familiarity with learning technologies such as LMS, authoring tools, and collaboration platforms.
