Amazon Logistics is seeking an exceptional Learning Coordinator with hands-on execution to transform how we onboard and develop our delivery associates and operations employees. As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, and delivery of training programs, ensuring that our employees have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and schedule training programs, including logistics, venue management, and participant communication. * Manage and maintain training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible. * Support the design and development of training materials, including content creation and updates. * Facilitate training sessions, delivering engaging and effective learning experiences. * Track and report on training metrics, identifying areas for improvement and measuring program effectiveness. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trainers, subject matter experts, and operations teams, to ensure training programs align with business needs. * Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, including data entry, reporting, and budget tracking. * Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of training resources. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Proven experience in a training or learning and development role. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with learning management systems (LMS). * Experience with instructional design principles. * Experience with adult learning methodologies. * Experience in the logistics or operations industry. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
