Learning Content Engineer - AI (m/f/d)

Job Description

As a Learning Content Engineer – AI (all genders), you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our AI learning content. You will conceptualize and create practical training formats around artificial intelligence, from the basics to advanced applications such as AI workflows, automation, and agent systems.

In doing so, you will combine technical AI understanding with didactic know-how and work independently, structured, and self-organized. You will ensure that content is technically correct, didactically sound, and clearly understandable for learners, and will continuously keep our AI portfolio up to date.

Focus areas of your role:

• Responsibility for the conception, creation, and further development of AI trainings and learning paths

• Didactic preparation of technical AI topics such as workflows & automation (e.g., n8n, Zapier), AI agents, and industry-specific AI use cases

• Coordination and management of internal and external contributors, including briefing, alignment, and quality assurance

• Ensuring technical functionality, didactic quality, consistent UX, as well as format and branding standards

• Analysis and further development of the training portfolio based on trends, feedback, and new technologies

• Knowledge transfer through internal training, documentation, and structured handover to mentoring and sales teams

What you bring to the table

• Completed degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical qualification

• Experience in the creation and didactic preparation of technical learning content, ideally on AI, data, or software topics

• In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence (including Machine Learning, generative AI, AI workflows/model integration, automations, and modern frameworks)

• Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn in order to quickly familiarize yourself with complex AI topics. Confident use of Git and Markdown (Optional: Python)

• Routine in using AI-powered tools and workflows for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, HeyGen, script and translation tools)

• You reliably and confidently handle deadlines, maintain a good overview even in demanding and time-critical phases. You actively contribute to a strong team spirit through transparent and constructive communication.

• Structured, independent way of working, strong user orientation, as well as very good German language skills (C2) and good English language skills (min. C1)
