Learning and Instructional Designer

We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Instructional Designer who will primarily be responsible for end-to-end video production process – from scripting, to storyboarding, to post-production. The incumbent will also be responsible for creation and review of other learning content components – reading documents/handouts/assessments etc. Scripting: Creation of guidelines and templates for the Instructional Design team to be able to produce high-quality scripts for the video production. Exploring new ideas and concepts, developing innovative approaches to storytelling and visual design. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization's learning objectives and goals. Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop engaging and effective learning content. Reviewing and providing feedback on instructional design materials developed by other team members. Providing guidance and support to Instructional Designers in developing their skills and expertise.
