Role: Learning & Development Trainer Company: 24 Karat Location: Gurugram (On-site) Experience Level: 3–7 years (ideal range inferred from scope & travel expectations) Job Summary:

Looking for a dynamic and confident trainer responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, recording video content, and delivering in-person and virtual programs across locations.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong on-camera presence (for training video recordings)

• Comfortable with frequent travel across branches

• Experience in corporate or retail training (L&D preferred)

• Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training modules

• Organized in maintaining training records, attendance & reports

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person & virtual trainings for employees and partners

• Record training videos and product demos

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for training content

• Develop engaging training modules & manuals

• Assess training needs and feedback

• Maintain reports and ensure adherence to company standards

Sourcing Focus

• Candidates currently in Gurugram / Delhi NCR

• Backgrounds from corporate, retail, or training organizations

• Excellent English communication & personality-driven delivery

• Open to travel and confident in front of camera
