Job description
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop structured learning plans Deliver and coordinate technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance trainings Handle POSH responsibilities, including awareness sessions and policy implementation Act as a point of contact for POSH-related training and compliance coordination Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain MIS and reports Manage training calendar and schedules Ensure seamless integration with organizational goals and objectives
