Position Details Job Title: LMS Coordinator Experience: 2 to 5 Years Function/Department: Learning & Development Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Role overview: Should be able to manage the entire Learning Management customization, user & content management, To ensure a smooth, effective learning environment for all users through configuration, maintenance, and support and improving workforce efficiency and aligning learning goals with business needs. Should be able to plan, organize, coordinate and execute training programs, workshops, and events that cater to diverse audience needs. Should have expertise in creating engaging content, developing training materials, and conducting effective training sessions. Should be able to analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Should be able to develop and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes, increase employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance. Should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve desired results. Should have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. Should be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, deadlines, and requirements. Should be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
