Role: Learning & Development Intern Duration: 1 Year (Full‑Time) Location: Bangalore Job Description: E-Learning Designer & Developer (Intern) Role Summary As an E-Learning Designer & Developer Intern, you will support the Learning & Development team in designing and developing engaging digital learning solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia integration while working closely with experienced designers and subject matter experts to create interactive and immersive learning experiences for employees. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing e-learning modules using various authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora Inspire. • Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective learning content. • Integrating multimedia elements like videos, images, and audio files into the learning modules. • Conducting quality assurance checks on the developed e-learning modules to ensure they meet the required standards. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development. • Participating in project meetings and contributing to the overall success of the Learning & Development team.
