Learning and Development Manager

Position: Learning & Development (L&D) Manager Location: Dholera, Gujarat (Hybrid) Experience: 8–12 Years Role Overview: Tata Electronics is establishing a state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility in Dholera and is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to build and deliver comprehensive learning programs. The role will cover technical, behavioral, and leadership development , with strong emphasis on LMS management , training design and delivery , and capability building for the organization. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with business objectives • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge • Managing and maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions • Analyzing training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Operations, and Business Leaders • Developing and managing budgets for learning initiatives • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in L&D • Providing thought leadership and guidance on L&D matters to the organization. The ideal candidate will have: • 8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
