Learning and Development Manager

Position: Learning and Development Manager Reports To: General Manager Works Closely With: Strategic Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Head of People and Culture, Zone Leaders (Medical, Fitness, Recovery, F&B), Marketing and Tech Partners The Learning and Development Manager is the key architect of how the Morrow Health team shows up every day — in knowledge, behaviour, and care. This role is responsible for building, delivering, and scaling learning experiences that reflect our brand values and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for learning and development, and a track record of designing and implementing effective training programs. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives • Designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including zone leaders, marketing, and tech partners • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate learning and development initiatives into business operations • Analyzing and reporting on learning metrics and outcomes to inform future program development • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve programs and services. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, organizational development, or human resources • A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders • Experience with learning management systems and other technology tools • A passion for lifelong learning and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
